Christmas Last Order Dates
Orders placed on or before the following dates will be posted before the Royal Mail last guaranteed delivery date. If you place orders after these dates we will still send them as soon as we can but Royal Mail don't guarantee that they will be delivered before Christmas.
UK: Monday 19th December (12 noon GMT)
Eastern Europe, USA and Canada: Thursday 8th December (12 noon GMT)
Western Europe: Wednesday 7th December (12 noon GMT)
ROW: Friday 2nd December (12 noon GMT)
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items within 3 business days. Goods are sent via Royal Mail who deliver in 1-2 business days for UK orders or 3-7 working days for orders outside the UK. If you haven't received your goods after 14 days (or 28 days for orders outside the UK) please contact us. If we can't deliver your goods for any reason we will contact you.

We are sorry but we do not accept orders from the following countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Georgia, Ghana, Latvia, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Morocco, Turkey, Yugoslavia and Indonesia.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order hasn’t been delivered please allow 10 working days from the date of despatch before contacting us to report it as missing (15 working days for international orders).
Check with your neighbours; they may have taken the parcel in on your behalf. You should also check with your local Royal Mail collection office, they may be holding the item if they couldn’t deliver it.
